Pilchard Cottage is a beautifully refurbished Georgian Cob Holiday Cottage in the heart of Dawlish Town Centre, which was originally built as a fisherman’s cottage at the turn of the 18th century.
The cottage is very well located and within short walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs, takeaways, The Lawn, The Brook and the world-famous Dawlish railway & sea front.
Pilchard Cottage offers two comfortable king size bedrooms, log burner, spa bath, rainfall shower, comfortable lounge with a 43” smart TV, a spacious dining room with secondary TV/ workstation, a new and well-equipped kitchen and a wonderful suntrap courtyard – perfect for a lazy breakfast on the patio.
There is also a good supply of books, puzzles and games for all ages, plus a well stocked beach toy library!
