Cycle Paths
Dawlish is the heart of cycling heaven. Cyclists dream of coming to Devon to cycle through the county, and Dawlish is always on their places to visit. With beautiful scenery, lovely cycling a good selection of places to eat and drink on route it’s a cyclists paradise.
Dawlish has different routes for all abilities. The Lawn is perfect for teaching your children to ride however there are some more tricky routes also available.
Destination Dawlish was a project to improve the route to the Exe Estuary Trail from the town to Dawlish Warren. Find out about The Exe Estuary Trail which part of the National Cycle Network 2 route (partly managed by Sustrans vounteers). The trail offers amazing off road cycling for more than 20 miles around to Exmouth. The Travel Devon Cycle website gives you all the information you need to know about local cycling opportunities.
